William Vincent works with Sand Law’s criminal defense team in client relations and intake, helping individuals and families navigate the first steps of seeking legal representation. With extensive experience in criminal defense intake, case evaluation, negotiation, and litigation consulting, William understands how overwhelming a criminal investigation or arrest can be. His focus is on making those first conversations productive, informative, and reassuring while ensuring the legal team has the information needed to evaluate each case.
Professional Background
William has worked closely with criminal defense attorneys and their clients on matters ranging from misdemeanor charges and DUI offenses to serious felony prosecutions and complex criminal investigations.
His experience includes evaluating prospective cases, reviewing court records and charging documents, identifying important legal and procedural issues, and preparing organized case summaries for attorneys. He has also worked extensively with clients and families to explain the intake process, discuss representation options, and coordinate the early stages of attorney-client engagement.
